Pros

I have been using it for a year and I am quite happy with it. Even on the desktop version it's great.
Excellent company to work with. Great service and awesome team.
The ability to see the customer's screen is very interesting for us. The tool is quite fast during dialogues.

Pros

In my nearly forty years in IT, remote management software in the form of ConnectWise has been a miracle. Thank you, and keep your own tech support folks happy, they are worth it.
We just switched to another system and we marvel at how easy ANY other RMM out there is compared to ConnectWise. We are all so happy to no longer have to work with this product.
They are continuously looking at ways to improve this product and have been a long time fan of the ability to host yourself OR use a hosted solution.

Cons

Have the possibility to find a closed conversation. In the case of a false manipulation, if the conversation window were about to close, be able to retrieve it.
Some reporting data is missing but I know there are changes planned on it. The Social is not yet fully developed for our needs.
I honestly have not come across anything negative.

Cons

The worst part about this software is how horrible the mobile app is. It literally seems that they've tried to squeeze the desktop experience into a mobile device.
Being considered unsafe and treated as a threat - i know that i could make it an exemption in the AV software but it came up as threat after the fact as if it later was damaged as professional tool.
Difficult to implement, misleading integration and training was vague on project based jobs and change orders despite telling them that was the majority of our business.
