nice has been good there have been the occasional hick ups but manageable

Pros

the ability to have views of my agents and its more interactive

Cons

-delays sometimes in the system - not able to conference 3 calls at a time at one point

Overalll it works fine. Its better than what we had before !

Pros

I like the fuse feature the most. It makes communicating easier and very fast.

Cons

what i like least about this software is there sometimes may be a LAG.
