Pros

This is perfect solution and plugs in perfectly with other NICE products like IEX, QR WFM, etc. Its so much easy for the dev team to configure, integrate and customize the user experience.
Is a easy tool super useful to contact internal and external persons, have different options for reporting, charts that help you to evaluate you and your team.
I love how easy it is to use, there was little to no training required to understand how to use it. It's really good at tracking hours/minutes rendered which is quite helpful in my line of work.

Pros

The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price.
The quality of service is unmatched. The app is super easy to use, and keeps me organized.
I love this product and it helped save our business during the Covid-19 lockdowns.

Cons

The connection problems and calls not being connected with MaxAgent and being listed as "Refused" when it was not a lack of answering that caused it.
I don't know if this is a possibility because none of the administrators have found a fix for this but I absolutely hate how there seems to be no way to choose to receive a call.
Bad UI, slow customer service, difficult reporting, limited integrations.

Cons

With this phone service I get many "dead line" calls and spam calls. There is no filter I have found to prevent.
Poor call quality has also likely contributed to irreparable damage to our brand as customer calls are so frequently dropped or missed due to Nextiva’s problematic online platform and phone app.
Just before the porting they misinformed me about the date and and time and the porting was done without my knowledge. First week of the Nextiva phone service was terrible.

Pros

We didn't have office phones before. So it's really nice to be able to have multiple line and call forwarding.

Cons

Nextiva did not tell us until we had already subscribed that it potentially wouldn't work the way it is supposed to with our routers because we have comcast. So beware if you have comcast. You may have dropped calls. But I haven't had that issue yet.

Overall, it is nice to be able to use the app on my computer to make calls and not need a phone when I am working remote.

Pros

I like that I can see who is on line and chat with them without calling.

Cons

It seems the Nextiva App likes to show that I am on a call or out instead of being available and I have to keep changing it.

Pros

It was an okay phone system. The support team, when you spoke to them, were nice and did their best to help.

Cons

It took forever to get a representative on the line. When I cancelled my services, I had to call 4 times AND my card was charged after I told them I did not want to renew again. They said they could not help me about a refund even though they knew I did not want it.

Their app is easy to use and simple to navigate. Making calls is a breeze and the copy a phone number to call is a nice feature. Customer support is very helpful in showing how to use the app.

Cons

Nextiva makes calling easy

I use it to make calls over wifi so personal cell phone isn't given out.

Pros

I like that it is easy to call over wifi. Calls rarely get dropped. There is also a good app that I'm able to use on my desktop to make calls there. It's also nice that voicemails are emailed as well as pinged on my phone.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. It's much better than the previous app we used.

The overall experience with nextiva is good. The apps on my phone and computer are pretty sleek. I also like that I can take a call from my office and then use nextiva and switch it to my cell phone.

Pros

I like that I can download nextiva onto my phone and that it has an easy to use app on my computer. I can easily see on my computer voicemails, who is calling me, who I want to call out to, etc. Nextiva also sends voicemails to my email inbox which is nice.

Cons

My one frustration with nextiva is sometimes I feel like I just miss calls or miss voicemails. Or most recently I got a voicemail but couldn't listen to it. I feel like this could be user error, but then again I dont ever have trouble listening to voicemails so I don't know why it would be giving me trouble now. Other than that nextiva has been working well.

I have used Nextiva's VOIP phone service for my business

Pros

The system is extremely flexible and allows me to set up a variable on call schedule after business hours. Their customer service is friendly and their pricing is competitive

Cons

Occasionally the calls have a poor connection and a lot of the functions are unnecessarily complicated to setup. The customer service is nice and patient but they don't always know how to fix a problem and sometimes make it worse or tell you things that are wrong.

4 Years of Great Customer Service

It is so nice to have a phone service provider that actually works the way it says it does and has such awesome customer service. We have had Nextiva for 4 years now and have had a number of great experiences with them. Our biggest praise for Nextiva has to be their customer service. They are on point! I think with all service providers you will have hiccups, but it is how those providers handle those hiccups that makes the difference. I have recommended Nextiva to friends and business partners of mine and would of course recommend them to anyone.

Pros

A customer service teams that genuinely care about its customers. Overall great product.

Nextiva has some very sophisticated tools for businesses. They make smart solutions that are simple to use but high complex in the background. Its what technology should be. I’m not a tech guy so I don’t need it to be more difficult than it already is. These tools work very well for us.

Huge sales gains

The team is really happy with the new VoIP service. It’s fast, works for our needs and is cost effective too. We are saving on our previous system costs and we have a far superior system so I couldn’t be happier. I also think it’s worth noting the service from the Nextiva team. Pros

The VoIP service from Nextiva has helped our sales team so much by enabling them to be better connected to the business, each other and their clients. The app that they use has a number of tools and features that streamline the day to day tasks of a sales person in our organization. From the call forwarding, scheduling side of things through to the voicemail to email features. It’s a big improvement from our old service and I believe it’s saving us money too. Another benefit for our team at head office is the conferencing capabilities. The new conference tool is far and away more stable, the line is clear, the images are crisp, our clients comment on the improvement… there is nothing worse than conference services that fail you mid conversation!

Cons

It took a while to get us set up. We had a complex implementation and needed lots of support from the Nextiva team to get the system configured to meet our needs. It’s always tough when things take longer than expected but overall I think they handled our business well and we have the system we want and need so it was worth taking the time to get it right.
