I haven't had really any dealings with the company or representatives myself, but the software just works. Can't comment on their support myself as I haven't had the need to. So that's either a good thing or bad thing, depending on how you look at it.
Being able to seamlessly remote on to a workstation or a server to resolve issues is such a life saver, especially now IT Techs have to resolve issues with clients from home. It's made life a lot easier.
Updating the ISL Light software on a Mac seems bit cumbersome. You have to re-download the software manually from their website and it isn't always easy to find. This is either a limitation on Mac or just the way ISL has developed it. It would be better if there was just an "Update" option within the settings of ISL to automatically get the latest update.

It is very helpful and pays for itself every time we can resolve an issue without sending a tech on location. Especially during the COVID 19 pandemic.
It is easy for our support staff to use and implement, and end users seem to have minimal difficulty using it.
I wish there was a mobile client for the chat feature.

Overall, ISL Light is a great tool for remote support. It's fast, reliable, and easy to use. I definitely recommend it to anyone in need of remote desktop solutions.
I've been using ISL Light for remote support and it's been a lifesaver. The interface is user-friendly and the connection is super fast. I love that I can access any computer from anywhere and resolve issues quickly.
The pricing is a bit steep for smaller teams, but I guess you get what you pay for. Also, there have been a few instances where the connection gets laggy, but it's not a constant problem.

Solving problems quickly - I couldn't do without your software now!
Remote support was certainly vital during the pandemic and customers really appreciate this tool even now. I can offer support without having to visit a customer. Sharing the screen lets me help them to solve problems and they can show me their issues. Remote Access and Reports have also been very useful. Guides are easy to run through and chat support is great
Working on Apple devices was a little difficult at first, but the guides really helped resolve things! Sometimes clients find it a little difficult to setup the Remote session but we normally get there in the end!
