Pros

For a support utility, the most important features are ease of use for the customers we're supporting, and reliability. This excels in both counts.
Very powerful and fast for how lightweight it is too. The integrations with Pronto are excellent too.
We like the ease of use for both the clients and ourselves, we also like the easy file transfer feature and the ability to give easy Ad Hoc support.

Cons

Copy/paste not working very well when multiple sessions are made from the same device.
It is really confusing whenever session drops, sometimes it reconnects and writes some data into chat window.
Occasional trouble with admin rights on domain-based user login PCs.
