Since I am not daily users I have trouble setting up remote control or presentation. Team viewer is/was easier for non-regular users. Others, that use ISL daily in our company, do not have my problems.

Price is pretty good, I swap from Logmein to this product and never looked back. Logmein was over 3k and they refused to budge so took up with ISL instead.

Not come across any show stoppers as yet with this product

L'installation pour un accès sans intervention de l'utilisateur pourrait être facilitée. Il faut passer par mail ou aller copier l'url dans le navigateur web, mais ce n'est pas non plus très compliqué.

THere is nothing I dont like about the product, it is easy to use for both end user and administrator.

Top features for us: Ease of use for end users (language localization), unattended access, integration into our sw.

For now it covers all our requirements, we have 0 issues using your sw.

Distribution in a form of executable can make troubles.

ISL Light is a great product, I've never been unable to connect to someone, and the ability to access devices without needed a user the other end is very useful

The buttons could be slightly better labeled in the program

Tools you might need are there for remote customers support in different channels starting from Live chat integrated remote desktop to Conferencing tool letting to do a training or technical presentation to customers remotely. ISL Online for sure the best Remote desktop software supporting multiple devices OS, so no need for any additional tool for PC, Tablet, Smartphones or even Smart TV

There are user interface not in all languages and it might be an issue with customers who don't understand available ones.

Our support team support alot of customers from tech savvy to inexperienced all out customers have little problems using the software saving us alot of time.

it looks a little outdated now and could do with a refresh.
