Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Even though I've updated the notification settings I've found that I missed some of the messages. The tool is super easy to use, it opens up the lines of communications across teams and the org, and you can have so much fun while doing. It's great for boosting team moral and spirit. Love it, is super easy to use, they always bringing updates, I will definitely recommend it.

My first thought as a developer was, that it's a bad design. This is the best HR software I have ever personally used. It's so simple to use, great features, easy to use (for employees) quick to clock in and out, great payroll system and reporting. All the modules are good, Easy to understand, the best part is to Post Status Updates as its allow to merge every person in a good way like a social media. It is a valuable software, which really helps its users on a daily basis and is very flexible in its operation. We greatly appreciate his progress and are reassured about his future. Second, ActiveCollab had awesome customer service when I had any issues or questions. This was a big plus because I then knew I was in good hands.

The program is now getting glitchy and the newest update is just terrible looking and terrible functionally. The user friendly platform this software is based on is easy to use and extremely helpful. The lack of response you get as a customer is frustrating at times especially when you put ina request or comment and then get no response.
