ky2help for structured processing of customer inquiries

We chose ky2help because we were looking for a solution that is scalable and will continue to evolve. It is also important to us to be close to the developer so that we can help develop the product. Thanks to the ITIL conformity, you also know what the tool is capable of doing and how the individual modules are related. The personal support is very efficient and competent.

Pros

I'm a big fan of ITIL. The processes are fully mapped, so I know what to expect from the software.

Cons

Administration is not easy due to the enormous configuration options.

Good ITSM tool for a marketing agency

The German-speaking personal support is really great. When you call you already know you and don't have to explain everything again. I would also like to positively mention the interfaces to our accounting software.

Pros

The workflows enable complex marketing campaigns to be set up again and again with the same quality. Even if a new employee is added, this ensures that the specified campaign structures can be implemented according to our standards from the start. This not only saves us a lot of time but also unnecessary trouble. Compared to our last ticket system, it is good that we have full flexibility here. In this way, we can define that employees can close tickets themselves for one customer and that an additional control loop must be inserted for others.

Cons

Actually nothing. Everything was perfect and if something did happen, the support team fixed it very quickly.
