No long wait times, instantly able to connect with support or customer assistance when neccesary.

Cons

Will sometimes end session if you take too long to reply.

Pros

Clean, simple and straight forward to use. The technical support provide excellent customer service and system support

Cons

The administration side can be a bit convoluted and it can take a few clicks to get to where one wants to be.

Great for small business

Great item to help business brow and change with the new times.

Pros

It is easy to use and you have the ability to help your business grow and allows us to do trainings from any where.

Cons

Has different fetures than other applications and some employees had a difficult time getting use to it but were able to overcome.

Cost savings, efficiencies, speed of response.

Pros

Fits all the needs for a business as a live chat option for the first line of defense support. Bot answers the questions it already knows immediately. If it cannot answer, it provides other options in a timely manner.

Cons

Wish it cookied the browser so that when you exit out or refresh your session, it doesn't lose everything.

no installation, the button of calling can be placed on many type of posts (website, webpages, social media posts)

we use it since too little time to get any bad point untill now
