Pros

Google Maps API integration is good and helps visualize where my customers are (geographically). Team transfer is good, specially the ability to note information for agents only.
Overall one of the best help desk solutions we have tried. We are very happy with the pricing and support on our end.
User friendly platform an easy to use and manage multiple chats. Ability to integrate to multiple platforms and the price is good in comparison to competitors.

Pros

Support is great and the company is very responsive to needs of clients. This software has given us much more flexibility in communication and that has been a huge benefit to our office.
Again, powerful, cost effective, and the Avochato support is amazing. This is the new way of connecting with my past clients.
Avochato has been a great company to work with. Their team is lead by outstanding individuals who knows what it takes to run a successful start up business.

Cons

Also, the Spam filter doesn’t work really well, because we keep receiving spam emails from the same email address over and over, although we’ve marked them as spam multiple times.
Before I had to answer emails, social network separately and this was lost throughout the conversations which made the support very flawed and annoying.
I mainly miss the possibility to search for e-mails by e-mail address, because without this option, working with LiveAgent is very complicated. Then the communication is very confused.

Cons

There were quite a few bugs that popped up that made use difficult, but the support team was usually able to rectify the problems within a few hours.
It was another way to contact clients. The downside again was having to do it one an individual basis.
The voicemail feature is a little annoying and I think shouldn't be an option.
