Pros

In fact, I've managed to make my first sale even before launching my brand. The girl that I've called back in 25 second was shock how quick it happened.

Cons

This worked better for us as compared to Chat Tool.

Cons

I didn't find any option to customize fields, the only information the user can share is a mobile number.
