Pros

I love using this software and it's fun to use and see yourself improving your typing skills.
It's a very nice thing to add to your site, it helps for your customers, I used it a few times when I needed help or had questions.
Great, very easy, love the platform and customization, it is simple to manage and its also looks very professional.

Pros

Lucky orange is phenomenal at showing live guest engagement. This has additionaly assisted me with developing and contact a greater crowd and monitor my progress.
I love pretty much everything about Lucky Orange from the heatmaps to the Hubspot integration.
It can help you make better UX decisions on your website. The customer service is great.

Cons

They should fix some system problems that occur sometimes and this cuts the connection. We didnt have ant other problem.
It created significantly more problems than one would expect at such prices. The system was buggy, call members would drop frequently, and problems persisted in a variety of locations and atmospheres.
The ticket management seems to be a little confusing sometimes, and sometimes tickets go unresolved from poor notifications.

Cons

Sometimes there is misattribution and gives you wrong data. The data can also not provide really valuable insight, for example they customer is just moving quickly through the site.
It was difficult to work with, and the numbers were widely different depending on how many clicks actually loaded.
Filtering didn't work very well. Also when you have a lot of visitors on a website it's very hard to look all these videos located in one place.

We're pretty much communicating directly with clients in a super fast, easy manner. It frees up everyone's time and definitely helps us to leave a good impression and make a few extra bucks.

Pros

It is very simple to install - also, the price is pretty unbeatable! I believe we pay about $35/mo but they have other plans at different tiers that are cheaper. We installed it right to our website so a client can reach out and receive a response pretty much immediately. It makes us look customer-centric, high tech and ready to take on business.

Cons

The lag can be pretty awful sometimes...that's hard to explain to a client! Sometimes it makes us look lazy. We have been lucky that our clients have been understanding the few times this has happened.
