Pros

This software is very nice to have to talk to clients on the computer through chat. It is nice that you can save your chats so you have record of it.
I like being easily accessible and vice versa -- I like when I need help with something and our catering program has live chat to help us right then.
It is super helpful to be able to chat with someone online and touch base on a problem/question I've got, and I have had a lot of great interactions using it.

Pros

We're a small non-profit and the free version is absolutely perfect for our current needs. Easy integration, clean interface and all essential features we need for basic chat support.
Smartsupp gave me many extra sales. On top of that it's a great way to provide customers with better service.
Love it daily from the recording features to the best way to talk to customers that visit websites.

Cons

It created significantly more problems than one would expect at such prices. The system was buggy, call members would drop frequently, and problems persisted in a variety of locations and atmospheres.
On occasion LiveChat will loop in connect mode and stay stuck. I have had customers angry or more angry because they end up having to call anyway.
Too limited options for inserting a large amount of information, for example, videos and documents. The program directly depends on the Internet and without it does not work.

Cons

While a customer writes I understand it from the three dots that flash. But when I write, the client is not warned and often abandons the conversation.
When there is a chat lost and I do not receive the user's email address to contact him again.
We're looking at closing it down as we now don't have automatic messages when we miss people.

Perferct for me. For me is missing sending file via livechat like invoice for client etc.

Pros

Language is polish. Easy to setup. Easy to work. Price still better that other software.

Cons

Price increase each year i know everything cost each ear more more

Great value for money, intuitive layout

We have been using Smartsupp for the last week and it immediately added value to our business - implementing the livechat was a breeze, the application works very intuitively and the Google Analytics integration is very helpful as well.
