Cons

It created significantly more problems than one would expect at such prices. The system was buggy, call members would drop frequently, and problems persisted in a variety of locations and atmospheres.

Powerful and highly configurable

Pros

Lots of features and configuration. I am impressed by how many features it provides especially on customization.

Cons

Most helpdesk solutions also have a livechat function but Zoho is a bit weak in the livechat area compared to other competitors. I end up using another set of livechat

Pros

The features and the price. I also like the ability to use livechat funtion within the site. We have been pleased.

Cons

customer service was slow at times. I also have some issues with the inability to send and receive native email through the site.
