Pros

I love the ease and interface of this program. It’s very smooth for the most part and the stats provided are a fantastic tracking tool.
It is a great tool with prospects inquiring. Easy to engage and talk to customers about your product.
The upcoming integration with bots along with rich messaging capabilities provide for a rick communication experience which our customers love.

Pros

I have built a few for myself as well as for clients of mine and was always super excited with the results.
Been using it for years and its effective to reduce redundant questions and increase sales. Chat support is super responsive.
Easy to use, super simple to implement and to publish on our website. For teams that aim to be agile and rapid-testing, Landbot is a great ally.

Cons

Terrible customer support, a real pain to cancel the service...they continued to charge us even after the 90 day period from cancellation.
The thing that i dislike most about the application, Liveperson, is that the graphic user interface can use a much needed update.
This can be really confusing when you have multiple chats opened named "visitor.

Cons

The lack of integrations (DB, Media output), harsh deploying and difficulty to take action for humans.
The only negative thing I found so far is that if you build a chat bot with a complicated logic and 100+ Dialog blocks even strong PC is experiencing lack of resources.
Pay for each user and your logo when I have payed.
