Pros

Kudos to amazing internal staff who helped me assimilate to my new surrounding and control panel mighty fast.
What I like the most about the convoso is its very easy to used , we were not having any problems in contacting our clients since it is reliable and options were given and can easily to be found.
I felt that from planning to live strategy it went swift, accurate with attention to detail and training to ease the transition.

Pros

Works great on mobile and desktop. The call quality was overall consistently good and it did integrate with Salesforce.
There are so many cool features to this software. We have used 8x8 for over 5 years now, customer service has always been super helpful if we ever had any issues or questions.
The features are great and I know many who use 8x8 and recommended to us. I've used to call from computer, phone, and desk phone, and nice product.

Cons

Our campaign has very specific needs and the software struggles to customize to our needs. In example, Reporting is restricted to dials when we need records as well.
There would also be times that there's a delay. You might hear a phone call ending , you just need to click reconnect.
The only inconvenience we experience at times are network related & they are so rare we barely notice.

Cons

It also crashes on me a lot. These are annoying issues, but they could also be much worse.
Also, the email client was difficult to use and was very glitchy sometimes resulting in losing emails. The customer service was also below par.
We use this to replace our physical phone lines, but unfortunately it was a terrible experience company wide.
