Pros

Statistics from sw are perfect and we are able to pull out interesting data from the system. Software is a nice "game" for customers and consultants as well.
This software is a great way to encourage everyone in your office to be more conscious of the quality of service they are providing.
One important thing from Customer Service is to track information and Nicereply give us more on what they are thinking. This helps us improve our performance and move forward into a positive goal.

Pros

We identified the solution as including hover-popups to explain the functions of the new icons, as well as a link at the top to our help section.
We rectified the processes and improved our website to offer a better experience to our customers.
The branching technology on surveys makes it easy to target customers based on their behaviour. Also the design API meant it was easy to brand our overlays in a way that suited our business.

Cons

If you make a mistake when setting up your reviewing, you have to start from the beginning to fix that mistake, you can't just fix it.
When someone press a bad face or a bad mark by mistake don't have an option to confirm something like: Are you sure.
I don't like logging in and looking at all the stuff I did wrong because that can be quite demotivating and demoralizing.

Cons

By incorporating the popup surveys, we could pinpoint that the customers face difficulties in the navigation and checkout process, which made them abandon the website before completing the purchase.
We needed to know this group’s pain points. So, we targeted the popup questions based on user behaviour to ask them what we should do to address their concerns.
The reporting functionality is somewhat limited and grouping results by person/ or even by question is difficult to do without getting tons of blanks and having to scroll a lot.
