An Easy to use Robust Dialer.

I have been on the Phone Burner dialer for over 6 months now. We have had great success in easily ramping our SDR's up through the dialer. Scripts, automatic voicemail's and emails have worked to increase our contact ratio's. The customer support has been amazing from our Account Executive down to the on-boarding and technical team.

What do you like best?

Easy to use, scripts are easy to integrate. Training was simple. Would recommend this to others that run an SDR team.

What do you dislike?

Waiting on the 2 way integration with Hubspot. Once that can occur this will be even a more robust solution.

Why did you end up selecting PhoneBurner over other applications?

Salesmanship from Michael Cleland. Agressive with out being pushy, informative. made it simple to buy.

If so, why did you switch?

I had used Ytel Dialer and Dolphin Dialer before had. Difficult to make work, required a softphone configuration. Needed a simple power dialer.

What is your main use case with PhoneBurner?

Simple power dialer, easy to use, Scripts and emails are automated.

Gives us the ability to dial through 200+ names per day in our SDR program.

What is your ROI?

Hard to calculate. I would not be able to determine this currently.
