I have used so many services but nothing comes equivalent to Live2Support. Though Others are also good, Live2Support has its name because of vigorous software and consistently outstanding performance.

While doing my online business what I understood that we have made our online presence yet it is significantly more static in case there is no partner on the site of project lead in our show rooms.

Cons

Sometimes I forget to set the app to "offline" when I leave for lunch and a customer will try to chat with me when I'm not there.

It does not work well with Google chrome...I can only use it with Edge...I prefer Google.

Their customer service is very slow to respond, if they respond at all. Trying to live chat with them takes forever, which is bad when you are selling a live chat solution.
