SignalZen is a live chat solution for websites which enables users to engage and talk to their website visitors directly from Slack or Microsoft Teams.

By setting up an account at SignalZen and inserting a small piece of HTML code into the website's code, users will start receiving chat sessions from their customers online. The software also support WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and Zapier integrations out of the box.

This Slack App enables users to talk to their website's visitors in real-time. There are 2 integration types to choose from:
