Pros

We're a small non-profit and the free version is absolutely perfect for our current needs. Easy integration, clean interface and all essential features we need for basic chat support.
Smartsupp gave me many extra sales. On top of that it's a great way to provide customers with better service.
Love it daily from the recording features to the best way to talk to customers that visit websites.

Pros

For the price it is a pretty good app but if they can improve the design and add more features would be okay to even sell for a better higher price.
The best live chat I've used, great features included in the free version.
New features have been adding up from recent new updates. It is a very good tool to connect with customers to increase sales.

Cons

While a customer writes I understand it from the three dots that flash. But when I write, the client is not warned and often abandons the conversation.
When there is a chat lost and I do not receive the user's email address to contact him again.
We're looking at closing it down as we now don't have automatic messages when we miss people.

Cons

Fatal issue on Android and they couldn't fix it in 30 days.
Missing - Cobrowsing; Push-pages, remote screenshots.
They had a problem with smaller Android devices where user couldn't basically send a message using the chat as the text typed wasn't showing.
