Pros

We're a small non-profit and the free version is absolutely perfect for our current needs. Easy integration, clean interface and all essential features we need for basic chat support.
Smartsupp gave me many extra sales. On top of that it's a great way to provide customers with better service.
Love it daily from the recording features to the best way to talk to customers that visit websites.

Pros

You get a 14 day free trail, so you can check out the product and even have it like a white Label. The Installation is super simply, it is like setting up your Google Analytics account.
Overall I was impressed. The ability to see what customers are typing before they send the message is quite useful.
Super Easy to use, great interface, nice look and feel, simple installation, everybody who has a web page, should also have JivoChat installed.

Cons

While a customer writes I understand it from the three dots that flash. But when I write, the client is not warned and often abandons the conversation.
When there is a chat lost and I do not receive the user's email address to contact him again.
We're looking at closing it down as we now don't have automatic messages when we miss people.

Cons

The problem that am solving with JivoChat it's the drop rate that i was experiencing. People would visit my site and leave.
I am upset from technical problems and support.
Slow and at the end I don't understand what the problem is.
