Pros
Very easy to use and implement and cheap in pricing.

all seems good, but the mobile app load very slowly,especially when we start a new chat or open the conversation even what already exist before.

I have to keep the program open on the telephone every time to know if somebody needs help.

Perferct for me. For me is missing sending file via livechat like invoice for client etc.

Language is polish. Easy to setup. Easy to work. Price still better that other software.

Awesome experience overall and well worth the cost

I love the ease of implementation and the ability to customize the chatbox. I think there is a lot for the price that you pay.

Cons
I feel as though sometimes it isn't not tracking every person that is on our site, like some of the visit are missed, but I am unsure how to determine that. Almost like it is assuming there are bots and it ignores them.

while a customer writes I understand it from the three dots that flash. But when I write, the client is not warned and often abandons the conversation

customers leave quickly. if I can't answer and the customer leaves, he doesn't leave the email or phone to be contacted

Also, the customers are able to see you are writing, but the do not see any activity if you are deleting text or making a pause to think for a bit. That is why we recomend writing shorter and quick answers, so that the customer knows you are there.

Excellent chat application, I have been using it for several years and every time they add better functionalities. Great customer service

It makes easy to capture visitor's interest and make buy or come to the store. With the auto-messages its even easier. Its very good and best than the other softwares.

Pros
Small but very striking chat box, wich allows users to properly navegate the web. Others have a bigger chat box wich makes dificult using buttons. Easy to use web dashboard, with sounds and alerts wich help, even in the free option. Very good in every way.

Cons
Dont have (yet) facebook integration. Pricing makes a dificult pro election, not because it is expensive, its just because its a lot of money in my country. Not further cons, its a very complete software, very easy to use.

I like this "live chat", it looks great on the website and is extremely easy to use as an administrator.

We offer quite special goods - electric bicycles - and its very hard to explain all details on the web, even at https://ekolo.cz we use video intensively. Since we implement this app, we have about 4-8 chats daily with customers, who will never call us for details and are lazy to writ emails. My advice - hire and dedicated person for chats and keep it up evenings..

Easy to use, Implemented in second, fully customizabe.. Video recording of the visitor are better than paid heatmaps

Cons
Cant see any, for its price it really pay off. maybe to teach the software answer the customer questions itself :-)))
