I met Supremo and I have never stopped using it, for the administration of remote systems it is a complete and safe solution, the product is easy to use in all its functions, the possibility of transferring files and viewing all the connected monitors is very useful , the price is well balanced, I have rarely encountered problems of lack of connectivity and in the face of at least decent internet lines you get more than satisfactory performance

Cons

The most critical aspects are the chat functionality, which often causes the software to crash and the slow update method

Very helpfull to give support to our clients. We decrease the time of response to our client tickets and reduce the need to go to client installations.

Pros

Easy to use and fetures that is vailable.

Cons

We never like the price even if it is low comparing to other solutions

Essendo uscito da 10 anni di esperienza con Team Viewer, terminati drasticamente da parte del produttore (dopo i 10 anni minimi promessi di validità della licenza acquistata) per non aver mai voluto acquistare le versioni (costotissime) successive in quanto lo stesso non ha mai ritenuto di implementare le mie richieste, ho scoperto ed adottato come strumento pluriquotidiano Supremo che man mano sta crescendo

Pros

Facilità di utilizzo, anche da parte dei clienti. Buona dotazione di funzionalità

Cons

Dovrebbe essere potenziata la parte che riguarda il reporting per facilitare la fatturazione degli interventi eseguiti

Solution télémaintenance multi session au cout réaliste

Supremo permet d'intervenir facilement pour la maintenance à distance des pc / serveurs de mes clients a un cout raisonnable pour une petite structure. Etant en plus devenu revendeur supremo je le conseille a mes clients travaillant à distance dans cette période compliquée de pandémie

Pros

- Supremo fait le job de façon simple et efficace et remplace sans soucis Teamviewer / Anydesk à un cout plus abordable - La version business permet plusieurs sessions simultanées sans surcout prohibitif - Compatibilité Windows étendue (ancien et nouveau os desktop / serveur) - Support OSX / IOS / Android... bien que légèrement en retrait par rapport aux versions windows - La gestion du multi écran avec un mode permettant de visualiser deux écrans distant sur le poste maitre - La gestion des contacts en ligne ou en local au choix sans surcout - stable et rapide - support commercial et technique réactif et compétant. les demandes / besoins semblent être pris en compte

Cons

- l'obligation de selectionner par une radio box le mode demarrage ou installation permanente avec saisie d'un mot de passe n'est pas très intuitif et est tres perturbant pour les utilisateurs (un pre-choix demarrer serait plus instinctif) . - pas de possibilité d'installer directement via un script sans passer par l'usage d'un token en variable disponible en version business. - une fois installé...

Come Supremo ci ha aiutato

Ho usato Supremo oltre 4 anni in un gruppo industriale dove controllavo oltre 100 server, PC desktop e PC industriali. Cambiando società nel 2020 l'ho introdotto subito per il controllo remoto di PC e (finalmente) computer Apple. La possibilità di accedere anche da smartphone ci ha aiutato in momenti di difficoltà.

Pros

Semplicità d'uso e la lista contatti con la possibilità di fissare i dati di accesso come amministratore anche per gli utenti.

Cons

Chat poco pratica su controllo remoto e la mancanza di una registrazione video della sessione di controllo remoto, che sarebbe utile per documentare interventi di manutenzione.

A really good but not perfect Remote Desktop Software

Since I've gotten used to the latency and 30FPS is not necessary for my use, I'm quite satisfied with Supremo Remote and will be happy to renew my license. The price is good for the scope of the software and I don't need more.

Pros

The software can also be easily installed remotely if the domain user does not have admin rights. you have the option to have them start automatically in the background, so that you can access a computer at any time, even if the user can no longer make any inputs or is not very gifted with computers ;)

Cons

Unfortunately, the performance is very poor compared to competing products. The video is jerky, inputs have a clear latency. Unfortunately, all other remote maintenance programs that I have used so far perform better here.

Great remote control software

Great piece of software that does exactly what we need it to do.

Pros

It is easy to use software for an affordable price and allows us all to remote in to the same devices at one time which is a feature we didn't previously have with other software.

Cons

When rebooting a PC we are connected in to it only reconnects us half of the time, but that is easily solved by just exiting and re connecting to the PC manually. It would be nice for the GUI to be able to be full screen on our PCs so we can see all of the device names in the address book if they are long.

THE alternative

Started 20 years ago with LogMeIn. Went over to Teamviewer. Had to search a new solution to give support to my customers as Teamviewer was way to expensive. Supremo is the only tool that suits me perfectly at a low price. Never had to contact the support as the software never let me down.

Pros

Ease-of-use Had to wait for Mac support but now it's there ! Contact-list Branding

Cons

No negative remarks. Just needed to have a lot of patience for the MacOS support

We used Supremo for remote support / helpdesk. We saved lot of time with this software. Most problems can be easily fix remotely instead of on-site service.

Pros

Easy of use software, contact list, remote printing, file sharing and multiscreen support

Cons

Nothing. We have very good experience with the product.

In periodo covid mi è stato utilissimo per configurare le postazioni SmartWorking.

Pros

Supremo permette in modo molto veloce di creare una rubrica di PC ai quali fare assistenza, impostando la sicurezza che si vuole. Poi la possibilità di creare un eseguibile personalizzato e da distribuire a chi si assiste è una funzione che uso moltissimo mettemdo questo eseguibile sul nostro sito web.

Cons

Migliorare il processo di chat, che però uso poco.

Long-time user of Supremo - very happy with the product

We have been users of Supremo for over five years. The product keeps getting better, faster, more stable and easier to use. We get great value for our subscription and we expect to remain Supremo customers in future. We have not had to contact technical support very often (perhaps twice in five years) but when we did they were prompt, efficient and helpful. We really like Supremo!

Pros

We use Supremo primary for unattended remote-access of our employees' computers. We are able to remote apply database and software updates, debug problems and configure PCs when the employee is present or absent.

Cons

No comment here... all good! Supremo does what it should.

Utilizzo Supremo da diversi anni per dare e ricevere assistenza remota, e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene.

Pros

Estremamente facile da installare e configurare, e il prezzo delle licenze è abbastanza contenuto per la qualità del programma. Ottimo il fatto che è stato introdotto anche la versione per l'assistenza ai dispositivi mobili.

Cons

La chat potrebbe essere migliorata. Manca inoltre la possibilità di fare una registrazione dello schermo direttamente dal programma, per tenere traccia di tutti gli interventi effettuati.
