Pros

Unattended access is very easy to setup and initiate when appropriate. I have used this product for years with amazing reliability and very little need for technical support.
What I like the most is that it has two applications, a client version and an expert version. The video quality when sharing the screen is very stable.
I love the ability to view all users by office. I am able to see if they are logged in and if they are working or if the system is logged in and idle.

Pros

The VPN feature is amazing i use it with usb redirector and it works great i can control the computer and the usb eith the vpn and usb director yogether i love that feature.
It helps on easy to use interface with a powerful remote features. Its fast and easy to navigate through the interface with a quick support to desktop, which is amazing.
The easy to use application is so simple to learn and navigate. The ability to tackle projects even when your not physically at the office is fantastic.

Cons

My only complaint is the inability to share access with other users. This becomes a problem when I work on a team or when there network services provider uses FixMe.
Lack of Mac support is a big limitation, causing us to utilises two products. Limit on number of unattended clients that can be stored is a pain in the Rse.
So far, I havent found anything too terrible. The layout could be updated.

Cons

Occasionally there are errors, we get bumped from a server, or we have to restart a machine locally to re-connect -- but those issues are few & fear between. This is an issue maybe ~2% of the time.
I tried to cancel last year just be told it was done incorrectly (wasn’t processed by them) not that they admitted this. I was forced to pay a credit agency with the threat of penalties.
Sometimes it gets a little unstable, but I think the problem is more on the internet than on the program itself.

It has been a good platform for us and has given us the ability to carry out remote support to our clients and connect to servers that we manage daily

Pros

It is reliable, easy to direct end users to install and connect, cheaper than TeamViewer.

Cons

Wider support for Mac OS, Linux, Chrome and Android would be handy. Very limited with windows devices only especially when many of our schools are going cloud based and Chrome devices are increasing in the education sector where tighter budget means cheaper and simpler devices are called for i.e Chromebooks.

Cons

Other than 4K support there is really not a huge difference between FixMe.IT and others like LogMeIn or TeamViewer.

Best alternative to LogMeIn and Teamviewer if you dont need to connect to Macs

This service is outstanding and I couldn't operate without it. By far the best alternative to LogMeIn and Teamviewer I've used.

Pros

Price. Very cost effective. Efficiency. Connects just about every time. Speed of experience. Once connected, the experience is excellent. Ease of use. Using it on alternative PCs is easy. Training people to use is also easy. East of deployment. Getting new PCs connected is a snap.

Cons

No Mac remote access. Would be nice, but not essential to my business. No mobile app. Again, would be nice, but not essential. The occasional hanging connection to a PC. Sometimes its takes a while to establish the connection. And sometimes It wont connect at all (even through installed). Very rare however.

Easy to use for pro and client, nothing to learn and quick to setup and use.

Remote support for clients so I can bill while at the office doing other work. Really helps to get an idea of what the problem is before going on site for something that can be fixed quickly via remote.

Pros

Never a glitch, freeze or drop. Easy to setup and use. Survives a reboot and is a better value than Teamviewer, or AnyDesk. Product does have real support if needed.

Cons

Program does not update itself. If client has not used the program in a while, they have to download a new installer.

Pros

Ease of use and reliable app. I can use it to take control of user's computer to resolve small issues when an in person visit is cost prohibitive.

Cons

Not compatible with Mac platform. I handle many Apple/MAC clients and have to use teamviewer. I have inquired about adding MAC capability and was told it would be added but no word has been given.

Cost effective and fast remote control for unattended and one off connections........exactly what you need.

Pros

Simple and reliable as well as being great value for money. Slowly but surely features are being added such as the recent update to allow multiple remote control screens at once (previously you could have multiple connections, but only remote control one at a time)

Cons

Software doesn't support OSX so I'm forced to use Teamviewer for my OSX customers. Also it would be nicer if the app was also web based so we could use any computer to remote control etc without installing software, even if it was more limited.

I have used Logmein, Teamviewer and Fixme extensively along with sharing some small use with other products. FixMe is by far the easiest for my company and its customers. Install is easy and it is safe. I support a lot of the medical community and it being HIPAA compliant is a big plus.

Pros

Easy to have remote users install. Simple console. Great value for money.

Cons

No Apple support, no multi user support.

I save tons of time driving around the city. I can fix almost anything remotely thanks to this software!!

Pros

Very easy to use, I have used it for years and have never had a problem with it. I am an IT consultant and I maintain many commercial accounts. I use this software to remote into my workstations. I tried many other options out there, including Teamviewer and others and none are as easy and problem free as this one.

Cons

The only thing I can list as a con is that it is a little pricey. Subscriptions I think should cost a bit less. I am not saying it's not worth it, I will continue to pay the subscription because it is so great!!!

simple, fast remote support

Pros

fixme.IT was easy to get started, and their customer service has been highly responsive and answered all our questions. It covers all the basics a tech team would require for a remote support app and then some: Chat, file transfer, system restart and reconnect, 2FA And we've found it's at least as fast and simple as teamviewer to get a client connected to us.

Cons

It would be nice to have a custom domain to round out their branding options. It would be great to be able to have a separate small chat box that is always on top for when you only have one screen to work from.

The easiest in use

I started to develop my small IT consulting business with remote desktop software’s help. This simple browser-based tool actually gave me an impulse to start my own independent online business.Please take a look at my page to see what I have as a result : http://www.ezsupport.biz/remote.html Clients just go on my website and get their Client ID and that’s it. That very easy for both of us. I was looking for secure,very easy in use (has to be easy for all my clients),cost-effective and functional software. Worked with Logmein and Teamviewer but found a cheaper alternative Techinline. Very reliable tool and may be the easiest that I found.

Ease in use, price is affordable, perfect alternative to all expensive professional products, necessary set of functions

Easy way to remote into your PC

I'm a CPA/small business consultant and many times clients want me to access their accounting records, so I rely on the ability to remote into their computer. Teamviewer is a good option and easy to set up.

Pros

Teamviewer is pretty simple to set up. Sometimes softwares like this aren't user friendly, but Teamviewer is pretty straight forward. I really like the ability to transfer files; I use this feature a bunch.

Cons

It's a little pricey. I use other similar software and pay a lot less. Fixme.it & RemotePC are two that I've gravitated towards.
