Pros

The easy graphic user interface, included some great features, that help supporting our users.

Cons

The options, to revoke service still available for users , and they can remove the service at any time, it would be great, if you can take this option out.

The rate is very reasonable for my small home-based accounting business.

Pros

Very easy to use, simple set-up on client side, simple dashboard interface, reports for logins & duration, remote reboot option, can set-up groups so all my personal computers are under one group and clients under another,

Cons

No remote printing capability, cannot blank remote screen, It would be nice to access my client computers through a website login for times when I'm not at a computer that has the Expert application downloaded.

A True LogMeIn Killer - a valuable and necessary service for any IT Support professional

Remote Support, Remote Maintenance, Unattended Access, Instant File Transfer, Shared Clipboard, Chat Window for client interactions.

Pros

The service provides instant protected access to client computers as a one-off support session, but also provides unattended access for ongoing maintenance and remote management.

Cons

The only issue we occasionally have is some latency from some of the computers we support, but I suspect this is due to slow internet on their end.

It is the best benefit for the customer they do not have to bring their PC into the shop and it helps us make money any time of the day.

Pros

We can brand the link on the customers pc, easy to log in, love the unattended access, very cost effective.

Cons

A live chat feature with support might be helpful as well.

I do not have to leave my office to service my multi-national customer base.

Pros

Ability to connect to multiple computers at the same time, is a very useful. As an I.T. professional, I routinely connect to many computers at once, when deploying many computers at once. Or when stopping a virus attack, I can quickly get to all computers on any network I need to.

Cons

Techinline Ltd billing system, no grace period. they claim 1 day but haven't seen that yet. keeps cancelling my service, if payment is not received on 1st attempt. Other suppliers will try more than once before cancelling anything.

By design, the Bluesnap system cancels a declined order on the following day after the original failed auto-renewal attempt. The main purpose of this is to ensure that there are no subsequent repeat charge attempts whenever any payment is declined. At the same time, we assure you that the FixMe.IT application provides a 1-day grace period, which means that we keep your subscription active for 1 full day whenever the auto-renewal payment is not processed by Bluesnap. We also reach out with a failed renewal notice and provide instructions for submitting the payment. After one day, i.e. when the subscription expires, you may use the 'Renew License' option within the Expert app to submit the payment. The cost is not terrible, like some of the competitors, I come from the era of "free LogMeIn". I was looking for a compliant solution that offered similar features, and this met the bill.

Pros

Easy to use software, that is launched from a desktop application.

Cons

I would really like to see a remote monitoring option that would provide emails or a text when a client goes down.

multi monitor support is ideal for ease of use.

Cons

Fixed bar at top is useful but gets in way of full screen tabs, can me made to disappear but I prefer the persistent appearance, if it could be made so the remote screen shows below this when on a full window would be perfect.

The software is easy to use and the multi display feature is very handy when remote controlling several PC's at one time.

Cons

Support to allow for access when on the road for my Iphone, IPad, Droid products would be a great options!! Please think about this... It would be awesome!!

too many clicks required by user to run/accept connections, has trouble with QHD resolution, can't enter credentials to run as admin must be ran as a service

1. If you mean that the remote user needs to click on the 'Accept' prompt when connecting to the expert, we're planning to get rid of this very soon. Please stay tuned for updates.
2. We're unaware of any issues with QHD support. FixMe.IT supports all screen resolutions up to 4K. You can take advantage of the application's scaling settings to adjust the remote screen according to your needs or preferences. Please see this video for more details: https://youtu.be/NoryfEpF-CE
3. You can enter admin credentials on the remote machine. However, certain tasks require the end-user's input by Windows design.

We needed a backup to our main remote support program (that has integrations and other features we need, but doesn't always work on client computers).

Pros

Very easy lightweight software that does what it needs to do.

Cons

No Max OSX support and does not support mobile to my knowledge. I hope that they soon offer these as the lack of this does make we look at other products that could be better suited.

I can connect to all my clients in an instant and monitor for several days if needed

Cons

I am currently experiencing some issues with the new version as far as when you first connect the default is " full screen" and this has several issues. one is when in full screen I can not use my clients task bar on the bottom of the screen. I have to shrink it to a "window" so I can use there task bar.

Price Ease of use Reports I looked at several alternatives to ShowMyPC but most were too expensive.

Cons

Sometimes is not recognized by security software so it is blocked. I have had a few instances where it appeared we couldn't get it to work but that could have been end user.

I like that I can Sort the unattended Machine by Customer. I also like that it does not use a browser to connect to the customer

Cons

Not Much- I think that they can work on the multi screen function a bit When there are multi screens the resolution is way too small.

Here's a short video that shows how they can help you adjust the size of the remote screen: https://youtu.be/NoryfEpF-CE For instance, if you're working on a remote desktop that has a much smaller screen resolution than yours, you can either scale it to window and then resize it according to your preferences, or choose the Optimal View option (this one automatically calculates the optimal settings based on your and your client's current screen resolution).
