This simple browser-based tool actually gave me an impulse to start my own independent online business.Please take a look at my page to see what I have as a result : http://www.ezsupport.biz/remote.html Clients just go on my website and get their Client ID and that’s it. That very easy for both of us. I was looking for secure,very easy in use (has to be easy for all my clients),cost-effective and functional software. Worked with Logmein and Teamviewer but found a cheaper alternative Techinline. Very reliable tool and may be the easiest that I found.

I've used this tool for several years now and find it to be a real-life safer for instances where my remote clients need immediate or after-hours support. I find it to be quite easy to use and intuitive on both the client and tech end. The ability to provide both unattended and ad-hoc support is also key and the feature-set seems to cover just about all the tools one would need. I previously used LogMeIn Rescue but that got too expensive, while this fits the bill and gets the job done. I would recommend this to any small ITbusiness such as mine.

We love these guys and we are soooo happy we found them. We are a small Mom and Pop business and we sell and repair copiers. Sometimes our clients need us to set them up to print and using fix me IT has saved us so much down time since my husband is the only tech. We used Log Me In and Join Me for a while but we kept having to create new accounts as their annual prices were high and only priced for the larger companies. Currently you can only remote in for PC and not for MAC but they said they are working it. Again we highly recommend using these guys since you cannot beat the price and how easy it is to use.
