Remote support for my clients with full capabilities

Pros

The price and ease of use. Having the capability to use unattended access has been terrific. I also like the easy to use user interface for my customers

Cons

Having to pay for it. I haven't run across any cons.

best remote support

My experience is good because the application works fine

Pros

The software is reliable for my works. You can connect to other systems without problem. The connection is stable

Cons

The program changed to omit the security checkpoint now I can't see if the system is connected remotly or not.

Pros

Great option for the price. Very easy to use as administrator as well as for the user. would recommend.

Cons

none really. I have only had one user not be able to access the fixme.it website out of 20 or so other users.
