Pros

Overall experience with LogMeIn Pro is super positive. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
The feature set and functionality is really good. It's good at what it does.
It is very easy to use, with very few kinks. It also is very nice that it saves the log-in information to the computer so that you don't have to type it every time.

Cons

Very poor experience and migrated all clients away from it. Speed and price were the biggest problems.
For two years our office manager thought she had stopped the auto-renew but apparently had not. I eventually had to call customer service and they had to stop the auto-renew for us.
I use the program regularly and often still have trouble maneuvering within it.
