Pros

We explored other messaging solutions, but Teckst expressed the most excitement about growing with us and helping us innovate as our business scaled.
I love the interaction i 'm able to have with my contacts courtesy of this software. Am able to get feedback and know what the customer enjoyed about my period and what to change.
I loved how easy it was for my agents to use, its ability to integrate into all of my team's tools, and the hands on fantastic customer service I always received.

Pros

This is a great company with wonderful customer service and people that really care about their clients.
I feel like they are genuinely concerned about my success and will do anything possible to help me be successful.
We have been using quiq for 3 years now and had a great partnership. Customers love to the sms and more frequently used.

Cons

There is no self-service dashboard for admin actions.
There is still a lot of room for the product to grow. They are allowing for texting within salesforce and trying to mimic that is a difficult task.
The only thing we have in the form of a complaint (cuz there arent many) is the price.

Cons

Sometimes it's just really confusing since there are so many graphs showing on my window.
It's probably the only thing we lost when moving over from Mightytext.
Reporting is weaker than we would have hoped for.
