Pros

Bot for collecting leads are super powerful - easy to build conversation flow so the user thinks he talks with a real persongreat for automation.
I would still recommend this tool as an easy to use entry level chat agent service, however, because it is so beautiful, simple, and affordable.
This is an amazing and easy to setup tool that can integrate into your existing website. A new widget will pop up on your customers end that will allow them to chat in real time.

Cons

M always accidentally clicking on the wrong one.
I can find anything to complain about it apart from not having it for the last 10 years.
I think the notification sound is no need when we already on that chat.
