Pros

It has a solid ios app and the user interface on the web app is great. Customers really like the ability to chat directly with a live person.
The ability to export conversations, see where customers are from, and the way the team can all see the conversation is fantastic. Also, the capabilities of email marketing is an all-in-one bonus.
I would still recommend this tool as an easy to use entry level chat agent service, however, because it is so beautiful, simple, and affordable.

Pros

Seamless install and functionality. Increased our productivity immediately.
Enough space to send files very quickly, very easy to use at first time, friendly display and easy to understand.
We LOVE using this for our interoffice communications. It makes short exchanges so much easier.

Cons

The pricing for extra users is really the bad apect of this tool.
Some of the videos are a bit confusing, for me at least.
For example, it's all drag and drop - so the entire chatbot can start to form a jumbled mess if you're not careful.

Cons

The only thing that I find slightly annoying is the constant flashing of the icon if the message goes unread. I understand why the feature is there but sometimes it drives me crazy.
It is difficult to add or subtract people we have on the program so the actual setting up and changing is a little harder.
We use this software in an escape room to allow our players to communicate with the Mad Scientist in the game.
