Pros

I really didnt get to use it for long enough to form a positive opinion

Cons

by far the worst thing about this software is that before the customer can even start a chat, they need to have over their email address. Why should a customer risk a lifetime of spam in order to ask a simple question?

Regarding the need to provide the email, You can remove the prompt asking for iunder at the Settings> Channels> Live Chat> Appearance> Pre-chat survey section of the Tidio panel. Then save at the bottom of the Channels section to apply the changes. We hope that in the future we will deserve more stars. If you have any questions, feel free to respond :)
