Pros

Makes it very easy to stay on top of customer interaction, and provide support in real-time

Cons

Pricing overall was good, would maybe hope for a little more than just removing the Tidio branding for $20/mo though

This chat application is okay. There's still a lot of room for improvement though.

We use this for one of our website. Not the best app, but it helps a lot with customer service.

Pros

It is really easy to set up and you can easily customize it. Customer support team is great as well.

Cons

Not all offline messages are being received by us. Which sometimes causes problems with our customers.

It was very easy to set up and is very easy to administrate/use.

Cons

I wish it integrated with the Blesta billing system.

Well to be quick - it is awesome.

We use it for some time now, and we find it perfectly fitting all our needs. Our site visitors are asking frequently about the chat service we are using and I think this is the best confirmation of how awesome Tidiochat is. Pros: - intuitive, easy to use for both sides (clients and operators) - stable service; we did not notice any downtime for some time now - quick, competent and nice support - very customizable - beautiful themes - off-line messages included - lightweight for the website - constantly updated with improvements, add-ons Cons: I had some cons on my mind some time ago, but they fixed them all.

Pros

I love that its so easy to set up, use and get strated. It also has so many options that can increase or ROAS!

Cons

I would prefer if images sent within a chat would appear as images instead of links.
