We use this for one of our website. Not the best app, but it helps a lot with customer service.
It is really easy to set up and you can easily customize it. Customer support team is great as well.
Not all offline messages are being received by us. Which sometimes causes problems with our customers.

We use it for some time now, and we find it perfectly fitting all our needs. Our site visitors are asking frequently about the chat service we are using and I think this is the best confirmation of how awesome Tidiochat is. Pros: - intuitive, easy to use for both sides (clients and operators) - stable service; we did not notice any downtime for some time now - quick, competent and nice support - very customizable - beautiful themes - off-line messages included - lightweight for the website - constantly updated with improvements, add-ons Cons: I had some cons on my mind some time ago, but they fixed them all.

Its a very good product.
The Live chat, and the chatbots are very helpful at keeping our support streamline.

I like the most this software because it's free and easy to use. If you are a single user who manages their software himself then it is a good software to start.
If you want to use their chatbot then it is so costly.
