Easy to use, has a nice interface, gives you a great report, and increases your customer range, customers reach you easily, and you can make all social media conversations from one place and that's awesome.
unable to sign in to my WhatsApp account on my phone after integrating with Tidio, we only make conversations through Tidio WhatsApp chatting, and we are unable to sign in to our WhatsApp account through the WhatsApp Application and make conversations from there.

By making ourselves available to our customers to answer questions through Tidio has made a huge impact on our business. For the most part, we've found our site is self-explanatory to our customers. But for the people with occasional questions about particular products or services, having access to us through Tidio makes the difference between making a sale or not. Also, being able to watch a shopper's page history (seeing where people go while on the site)is a real eyeopener. Fascinating
Not a big issue for us, but the admin panel and notification popups can be a bit clumsy to deal with. It would be helpful to see when the customer has left the site. Nevertheless, we are very happy using Tidio.

It's really too bad that so many companies are turning over human support to cheap options like ai or outsourcing overseas to less qualified workers who are difficult to understand. I don't know if that's Tidio or not. We never got anyone to even respond.
Seemed simple. Good user interface for customers.
I'm sorry I recommended this for my client. It made it angry because he needed help and couldn't get any. They use ai in their own live chat and it couldn't answer his questions, nor could he get around it to get to a human. Neither would they respond to emails. In a fit of anger, he said, "I quit. Find me something else." :(

I am able to track the number of visitors and calculate what percentage will actually engage with my bots.
The Chat Bots are not the easiest to set up as advertised, but the Customer Support, namely [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], is fantastic. They helped me set up the bots according to my needs and that was the main goal.
No solutions in the software offered when an error message appears in setting up a chat bot. Also, there is no way to automatically assign all chats to a single user like me. Tidio is on the right track, but there are tweaks to be made. There is no phone support, but luckily, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] made up for it in his excellent service. It's the only reason I did not go to another platform.

Grazie a Tidio ho potuto fornire ai miei clienti B2B un'interfaccia semplice e professionale per inoltrare i propri ticket di assistenza sul sito web. E' semplice gestire le conversazioni archiviate e personalizzare la parte grafica, almeno per le funzioni principali. L'applicazione mobile di gestione è ben realizzata.
Ampie possibilità di personalizzazione, facile integrazione con Wordpress e Prestashop, ottimi strumenti di archiviazione delle chat, pannello di controllo da desktop e mobile, funzioni di chatbot.
Non è facile intervenire sul posizionamento del pulsante di chat nelle pagine web.

Very satisfied. I've been using Live Chat for years and this fits my budget better.
Tidio gets the job done. The free version is all I needed and if that changes, the paid version will add the extra benefits.
No complaints; free version does everything I need.

Good support, great software, and overall very nice UI that doesn't look like it's from the year 2000.
You do not have to have a set limit of users to use their product, they have a free plan with lots of features, the support and knowledge base is very complete and they have custom-built app for your PC and smartphone so you don't have to log in to your dashboard all the time.
Nothing, to be honest, expectations were overachieved by this software and the fact that they provide support even on the free plan, nothing bad to say.

It's been OK.
Tidio gives us a chance to help Website visitors feel like we are present and ready to help them.
It's inconsistent. Sometimes we'll get notifications and it's amazing. Most of the time, we don't even know when people have left messages even though we have the app on our devices.

I like how scalable Tidio is , it can be used by businesses of any size. The autho-chat assigning is a great way to reduce customer waiting time . Implementing template messages is seamless and they feel like an organic part of the conversation .
At the beginning some functions can be hard to figure out .As opposed to messages ,linking template emails from our CRM to Tidio can be a bit of a pain .

Thanks to tidio i was engaged with >100 clients since i implemented it although i believe if price was lower, i'd be more willing to subscribe in order to enjoy an extra premium feature.It is a good way to collect customer information and have a database of all interactions and the messages exchanged.
Being able to talk to clients anytime during schedule.Interface is very intuitive.Capable of setting up automated functions like auto-reply or auto-send a message to the user.
Price, it is a very expensive plug-in to implement with full capability, therefore i have only been using the free advantages.

I was looking for a solution to talk to the people in may webpage and after finding Tidio it took me less than 5 minutes to implemented and start using it.
The app for mac shows a message concerning security of the origin of the application plus is just the webpage made application. I better just to user de webpage and the phone app.

Tidio è veramente semplice da configurare, inoltre sono disponibili diversi bot “preconfigurati” che possono essere modificati e implementati in poco tempo. L’assistenza risponde anche in diretta e questo mi è stato molto utile.
L’unico inconveniente è forse quello di dover scegliere tra versioni che offrono opzioni diverse e non limiti di utilizzo diverso in base al canone. L’alternativa e acquistare entrambe le versioni ma nel mio caso sarebbe troppo costoso.

It helps my sales team to conduct sales processes in one place, rather than trying to follow clients' responses from multiple chat apps
You can create some message templates and give selecetions (like what service are you interested in? what is the matter you would like to discuss? and so on) so when a client first messages you via the chatbox, they can select it and the salesperson that is connected to the chat will directly be addressing to the client's questions. It is also the first defence when there is a lot of messages at the same time and the sales person in front of the computer is talking to one of them, the other one can wait or be directed to another salesperson. And the fact that it makes the conversation easy to flow, which wouldn't be possible via mail, or other social media platforms' inboxes.
Nothing to complain about the software, but I think products&pricing modules could be better.

The software works great and integrates very easily into my Big-commerce website.
The chat bots and other add-ons can be very expensive. I used them in the past but decided against them later on because of the cost.

High Pricing - 2 Chatbots - Visitors Notification - Viewed Pages - Chat Initiate I feel these should be free and if someone wants to add more Chatbots or use Email as well there should be pricing for the same.
I personally feel that the basic level pricing is too high. We have tried Twak.to as well, and that it offers free Visitor List and Pages information, however aesthetic wise and chatbots was what made us try Tidio. But find that even Notification, Visitor Pages arent't available under free plan. Same for the initiating a Chat. Which of course does made me switch to Whatsapp Free option as thats exactly what Tidio does as a free so why use Tidio
