It was and is an excellent tool, I still use it on some websites. The online chat and integration with websites is one of the great things that I really liked.

They also has some integrations for CRMs like Wordpress. It also has apps for every OS that makes it very handy to reply to website visitors from any device at any time.

Missing tutorials in Spanish. Admin may know but end admin user doesn't know English.

The chatbot brought me first leads and subscribers. I was so shocked, that before with the standard chat no one contacted us - but with the automated chatbot I was getting and getting leads.

Overall just really great software, the price you pay is well worth what you receive, compared to what we previously used which was more expensive and had way fewer features and no customisation

First week using Tidio

A Game Changer

Tidio is very useful and most people don't appreciate how well it works. I just want to have a website and 1 chat bot to send the first message without the 1,000-people limit. If that could be free I would use this way more than I do now.

Simply fantastic. We came with the hope of solving a growing interaction problem. We have left with so much more! We have benefitted so much that I not only recommend it but we have installed it on 2 separate brand platforms we operate.

Surpassed our expectations and we now use it across two separate brands!

We run an overnight summer camp and connecting with parents (our customers) is of top importance to us to establish that we care and answer questions.   Even as I was writing this review, I had the opportunity to answer a parents questions on Tidio.  
There are lots of options out there : Olark, Zoho, Zendesk etc.  I found Tidio to be not only the most affordable, but also the highest functioning.
