Pros

The support team is on top of your needs and will have a quick resolution for you. From the first call, the representatives are attentive and very friendly.
The product is very good and the product support is very responsive. Any time we have contacted them with questions or for assistance we have had immediate, high quality service.
This is a great product and the support staff are very good at in thier roles and will help the customer out any way possible.

Pros

I like the ease of viewing all the issues on one dashboard that eased delegating tasks to lower management and proved to be a wonderful tool for project management.
I love the workflow templates if offers out of the box. Jira also supports Kanban boards and has an awesome mobile app which can keep you up to date anywhere.
It’s simple and it’s great if you want to monitor something. The best thing about JIRA is that it allows people to use their tools and templates which most of the software companies don’t allow.

Cons

System auto saves so the single drop of a pen on a keyboard or a click of a mouse with a lost cursor can erase an entire conversation.
We are software developers ourselves, so we knew what we wanted. We performed a very exhaustive search that dismissed many other products almost immediately, yet that search took hundreds of hours.
No clear cut area to setup customer connection information so where we put this inforamtion we have to drill into the client to see it each and every time.

Cons

For a non developer user there is too many things and options you get lost in the middle of it. So much complexity in terms of customization that me, personally end up being a little bit lost.
The worst thing (which may be a shortcoming of our admin team rather than the software itself) is the inability to customize the name of each workflow step.
There are also strange bugs or missing features that we have come across that are widely requested by a large number of users that seem to be stuck in the pipeline for years.

Overall, my experience with Jira has been positive. It's advantages heavily outweigh it's disadvantages.

Pros

The best part of this software is the road-maps that you can make. It helps a lot to be able to track processes in real time.

Cons

Tracking software can be modified to include better responsibility allocation and tracking.

While Agile is a Good product for collaborative tracking of requirements and to track code changes for IT applications, it is found lacking functionality for tracking Agile projects compared to AgileCentral.
