HubSpot helped us get our sales team more organized.

Pros

I like how HubSpot can figure out where your visitors are from and it pulls its own data from its own sources. However, it would be useful if you could create negative lists/ignore properties so that contacts would be deleted and never come back. For SaaS use, it works but it isn't perfect.

Cons

Doing certain integrations is a bit difficult as HubSpot has a lot of features we don't necessarily need and doing some simple integration (like doing manual tracking of certain events or tagging certain users as being from a certain location/source) is difficult.

The chrome extension helps me to find all the peoples email id via my Gmail. It also helps me to know about my site subscribers. Whenever I got mail from no reply mail, extension helps me to find other mail where I can write them It is very awesome.

Pros

Track prospects through all stages of the sales funnel with intuitive and simple to use dashboards.

Cons

I don't like that each user only can use just one email to be tracked. So, if a person has more than one email, it doesn't track the other email.

Best Free CRM Around

You can easily send welcome and follow up emails with a click of a button. This saves a lot of time for more important tasks during work hours. Another great benefit is that you can sync the software with your google email so you can do most of the work in Google rather switching back and forth from program to program.

Pros

Cons

You have a limited amount of emails you can track on the free version.

I am able to better keep track of who I'm working with and who I haven't talked with in awhile to keep my pipeline alive and moving and keep business flowing like it should be.

Pros

This software is super easy to use, integrates with my email system and I can send emails directly into the system so I never have to worry about a missing message or missing an update. I love how you can set up reminders, sales goals and even set up packages right inside the system and it's FREE!

Cons

I would say the cons would be that it tracks every single email and sends it to HubSpot no matter what.

Hubspot CRM is like Grandma's cookies... nothing else comes close.

HubSpot CRM integrates other softwares like Gmail, and keeps communication seemless between staff and leads. The very friendly interface is invaluable - it's hard enough having a lot to do, I'd rather not spend weeks trying to figure out how to use a CRM well - and the software is robust. I can assign team members to leads, create deadlines, and know every interaction that a lead has had with us, all in one location.

Pros

This software is very comprehensive as far as data tracking contacts, keeping organized with what contacts different staff is assigned, and communication methods built-in with the CRM.

Cons

I wish I could track financial data and more "donor-esque" information, but even some of that I am manually able to add fields for.

HubSpot provides sales basics like lead and deal tracking, alongside powerful features for reporting and dialing.

Cons

HubSpot is built for out of the box SMB use, and lacks the power features CRM admins may be looking for. Customization is extremely limited, and organizations with larger sales teams may run into a wall depending on their needs. At that point, however, integration with Salesforce is robust and can manage larger datasets or teams alongside HubSpot.

By establishing a system for entering new names in CRM right away, it is helping with contacts not falling through the cracks. More is getting accomplished.

Pros

This is a great program to get yourself organized with your contacts. It is free and a solid technical platform. You can start adding names you have and keep on top of new contacts, with notes, comments, etc. They also have excellent free training modules. Can't go wrong using this platform.

Cons

Tried with multiple and not as happy with logging in and tracking.

The software offers a tailored sales pipeline system that is easy to set up and track, it has places for all the messy but important information, and integrates as much or as little as you need.

As a sales rep, I like the sequence tools. I feel like they need a lot of additional functionality within sequences, like allowing tasks to be created after that are assigned to different users.

Cons

Limitations in features, email tracking is weak, finding information not as easy as in salesforce, sequence only allows 150 per day, queue functionality is weak.
