It takes too long to load when they change the tab (perhaps this is more of an internet problem). Sometimes it does not find a client online even though I'm chatting with them on Intercom.io.

It is pretty easy to use, the service is free for the first 100 endpoints! and also the team behind it is really helpful.

They are executed on your source machine. Not sure how to get around this, but this was the only negative.

Security Engineer

For large companies, even easier considering you can deploy rapidly using Group Policy. If everyone started using the Free version, they'd realise how good the product is, not change, but scale up.

The Remote Desktop feature is missing the option for file transfers and chat but both are on the roadmap for  future updates. The agent is currently only available for Windows.

A few functionalities are missing, such as sending files via remote desktop, or updating programs installed with exe, not MSI, but as far as I know they plan to add these functionalities.

It's simple to navigate and easy to learn. I had never even heard of Action1 a couple of months ago and now we're using it for all our Windows assets as if we'd known the tool for decades.
