Quickest access to help / train clients. Saves us frustrations of app-based remote software, which often is blocked by firewalls or other protections.

Overall ok. Cannot type, cannot view drop-down menus. Needs a lot more bandwidth to use.

Super positive. Upscope has replcaed our clunky software previously used for screenshare for support purposes and something we will continue to use

It takes too long to load when they change the tab (perhaps this is more of an internet problem). Sometimes it does not find a client online even though I'm chatting with them on Intercom.io.
