Screen sharing easy

Pros

The ability to screen share with your customers is a great asset when assisting non-tech-savvy users

Cons

Upscope can lose connection very easily if the customer's connection isn't high speed

Excellent tool! One click through Intercom (live chat app) and I have a live screen share session.

Pros

Easy to use Customers don't have to install anything Once click to activate screenshare though Intercom (live chat app) Excellent customer service.

Cons

Early on it was there were a few bugs, but the Upscope team worked closely with us to resolve everything. Now it is running smooth!
