I liked the interface, as well as the basic and initial configuration of profile and wigets.

Cons

I had a problem integrating with Facebook, since I did not find the ID app, until I noticed that it should be public.

I am from a software background and found it pretty easy to integrate the APIs, in the application.

Pros

You can also store custom data through session. - APIs are well documented to help set it up - Support provided by the team is also very good.

Cons

- On closing a chat window, the operator cannot send a message back to the user.

Recommendations to others considering Userlike Live Chat

Perfect, if you are a small team and cannot find time to concentrate on the production issues that the users face. Offline messaging proves to be a boon, in such cases. Also perfect, if you are a medium sized company with a team of operators who can take care of chat-based support. Multiple operator profiles are supported and you can assign the queries/chats to different operators.

The customers really loved the chat ui :) I had it test too but i did'nt find any bug Also their chrom extension is also good

Pros

The most best thing about this is probably the ui and the easy integration system.

Cons

The only think which can be called as cons is that it has no mobile app, Although i think the mobile version is good.

A mobile App would be helpful for agents and I could not find the DPA (Data processing Agreement) which is important for the usage in germany.

It is exactely what it promises to be - a highly customizable chat software without any distractions from its main purpose.

Cons

It seems not possible to delete an old test account just to create a new one which is supposed to be part of a team. The whole account process should be a bit more transparent.
