Vicodo is a web-based video communication software that users can adjust to their needs. The platform offers 1:1 video meetings, a Live video and chat website widget, a personal booking page, and access to statistics and CRM elements. Customers don't have to install the software or register to enjoy meetings with agents.

Agents can schedule 1:1 appointments with clients or allow them to pick the timeslot on their booking page. Once an appointment is scheduled, Vicodo sends a personalized invitation via email or SMS (depending on settings). Meetings can be password protected. In addition, customers can use a chat during video meetings, send files and switch between front and back cameras on their mobile devices. No installation or registration is required.

The Live video and chat website widget is also available as a WordPress plugin. It enables running video meetings directly on a website (they open in the chat window). As the platform is white-label, users can adjust colors, texts, logo and favicon to their company's branding. It doesn't require coding.

Agents can sync their calendars with Vicodo using built-in integration. It prevents scheduling conflicts and guarantees that the booking page of each agent has updated availability. Booking pages can be personalized - the background photo, colors, buttons and texts can be changed anytime in the application settings.

CRM elements allow case management, assigning agents to customers and following statistics. As users can send files via chat, all the documents or photos are saved within a given case dedicated to a client. Each case contains agents' notes, chat history, client's feedback and information about agents who were talking with a given client.
