User interface is very easy to use and we are able to quickly adapt to using Wavity Help and Service Desk. Also it is very customizable as we got the workflow as we wanted. Moreover, it is a value for money tool

Its highly flexible tool with all required features for ITSM Solutions and it is customizable where I can automate workflows as required and it is very cost effective. Even mobile app is very user-friendly for managing tickets in the platform.

We have been able to set up several program with quick turn around, our end users are very happy with the product, and support has been great!
Ease of setup, quick turn around, great customer support.
I didn't like that we were unable to sort some of the columns in lists and reports. Seems to be some limitations on the reporting side but support helped us through it.
