A simple, straightforward application that opened up another contact channel for my customers.

Pros

Excellent UK support and integrated customer sentiment analysis.

Cons

Not a reflection on the software as such but live chat can be a time consuming channel at times when you are small business.

Surprised about the features

You can contact customer service by email, telephone or live chat support. Very helpful is also the section on WhosOn´s website where they have product manuals and a help center.

I have been a chat agent for 7 years and have had great sucess with this software.

Pros

I like the easy of use of this software.

Cons

I wish customers would be able to add Screenshot into the chat
