Pros

Ticket handling is great, and the way everything links together is amazing. The ability to search across the whole platform (documentation, tickets, users) all at once, is fantastic.
It's a very easy to use with very good features that really help make the job much easier. I really learned a lot thanks to it, becaus zendesk helps me know my applicacion even better.
The experience with Zendesk is very good, it has helped me to better organize the incidents, give them priority and also be able to obtain very good statistics to analyze the work of the team.

Pros

One of the many great features that I like in Buildium's is the seamless integration they implemented into their software using a top rated property inspection software.
Software has fantastic capability to shift easily with the changing needs of business (growth or even if we were to pull back a bit - affordable and seamless transition!).
Buildium has resolved many of its kinks since I started using it 18 months ago. This is exciting because I like anticipating what improvement is coming down the pipeline.

Cons

I dislike that unless you are communicating within the actual Zendesk software with your admin/technical support team, it comes through as a confusing email thread that is hard to follow.
Its routing function is slow, and it is not automatable. Another problem is (ironically) your tool for managing and tracking problems, it's slow.
I haven't found any problem with this app at the moment. I think it fits our needs at the moment, I will update my review if I ever find a problem.

Cons

Then I waited another week and called back for a status, and there was no status -- still waiting 2 weeks in. When they have a problem to investigate, they do very poorly.
M honestly shocked and dismayed that a company of this stature can be so careless and poorly run. We moved our business over to a free software that has worked flawlessly since the day we logged in.
We had recurrent problems with online payments. The final straw was losing several applicants secondary to Buildium being unable to process their online application fees.
