Pros

Ticket handling is great, and the way everything links together is amazing. The ability to search across the whole platform (documentation, tickets, users) all at once, is fantastic.
It's a very easy to use with very good features that really help make the job much easier. I really learned a lot thanks to it, becaus zendesk helps me know my applicacion even better.
The experience with Zendesk is very good, it has helped me to better organize the incidents, give them priority and also be able to obtain very good statistics to analyze the work of the team.

Pros

Power Bi has revolutionized the BI industry, it is the best too in self-service BI. I have been using it for more than two years and it helps me in finding great insights about our business.
The Desktop Version is awesome, provides multiple connectors to different data sources and powerful modelling capabilities so that I format my data exactly how I want it.
First I like that it is very affordable, secondly support is great with Q&A options to help you navigate through it and finally I like the report customization options.

Cons

I dislike that unless you are communicating within the actual Zendesk software with your admin/technical support team, it comes through as a confusing email thread that is hard to follow.
Its routing function is slow, and it is not automatable. Another problem is (ironically) your tool for managing and tracking problems, it's slow.
I haven't found any problem with this app at the moment. I think it fits our needs at the moment, I will update my review if I ever find a problem.

Cons

Personally, I have some trouble with the SQL. I get a tad bit confused on some of the tables to use but that is more personal human error.
Like any software that relies on the data entered, it is very much a situation of bad data in then bad data out.
It could get confusing to use at times. I also got annoyed that Power BI would constantly go down for long stretches... maybe that was our developer’s fault.

Great tool to use for BI reporting and analysis

Pros

Integration into existing office applications - it's fantastic that you're able to insert Power BI charts straight into presentations. It's integration directly into other software packages like Zendesk is also a game changer, makes it very easy to pull in data from disparate data sources.

Cons

Not as well established as some of its competitors, and it's licensing model is a bit complicated, but other than that it's very useful as a BI package.
