Pros

I love that its very user friendly to use ad easy to manage tasks. I love the interface make it easy to get tickets handled and provide the best customer service for my job.
This was a much appreciated improvement. A great feature is that you can integrated with the big social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook to allow CC to responde quite quickly.
Overall I’m extremely satisfied with Zendesk, It has a lot of great features that helps us provide a great customer support service which is important for a successful business.

Pros

Nimble is a great app that helps to keep great interactions with our customers. It helps to track the relationship between each clients and what they need in real time.
We have been with Nimble for 5+ years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, reliable storage solution with great customer support.
The interface is dominantly having a good set-up quality that the developer must be commended in doing this. Hue can also bring impact to users.

Cons

Tremendously disappointing for a company that sells ticketing software to have such a poor interaction when it comes to using it.
Non-Existent & TERRIBLE Customer Service. You are just a number to them.
If you ever need support from Zendesk then it is horrible.

Cons

It lost me when I had to create a subscription for piesync to integrate other essential applications.
As I am still getting used to the software it is difficult to criticise.
There seemed a to be a lot of glitching and freezing- especially at the most inconvenient time of trying to clock in/out.

Pros

Zendesk was very valuable in helping our team to manage and prioritize service tickets from customers. Previous to using Zendesk we were attempting to use a cut-rate CRM that really wasn't designed to management service tickets in a nimble and fast way. Zendesk integrated with our propriety software system (we set that API up) and allowed us to very closely track the concerns and complaints of our customers as well as give us the statistical insights into the quality of our customer support that we really needed.

Cons

Sometimes Zendesk has default features that we weren't aware of and because we used this platform with our customers the use of that platform frequently resulted in customers receiving notifications for things they never should have known about.

Pros

Pretty inexpensive to purchase and has a decent number of integration options like Hubspot and Zendesk.

Cons

To be honest, I found this not as intuitive to learn. It's not easy to navigate and seems to be pretty clunky. It's also pretty limiting, and lacks basic email responses to inquiries. A bit frustrating.

It simplifies social media presence and help you with your business if you're not a facebook fan. I has a lot of integrations and their support is amazing.

Cons

Nimble doesnot support Facebook messaging and even they do not track emails email which is quite frustrating sometime.

A very usable CRM tool.

Nimble was in my final running of CRM tools to use. They were missing a few things that I desire, if it were not for those features, I would be Nimbling.

Pros

I love that Nimble is able to reach out and connect my contacts in all aspects of their digital interfaces. It does a great job of tracking your pipelines.

Cons

I was provided this as a free replacement for O365 Customer Manager, therefore, I do not want complain about a free product. However, I did not continue to use Nimble when I switched to Google G-Suite. The primary reason is that I was seeking a CRM tool that is very integrated with G-Suite. Nimble has marketed themselves as a O365 integrated tool, and then decided that they should start mentioning G-Suite. Because of this, I did not want to wait for them to get all of the integrations that I desire at this time.

Really great integration with Google Suite and other 3rd parties. It works perfectly to stay close to clients and fans through social media.

Cons

Nothing on the bad side so far! I would recommend to anyone who needs this kind of automation and integrations.

Pros

Absolutely love that Nimble integrates with BOTH Office 365 and Google G Suite. This provides clients that flexibility of using either email and collaboration system.

Cons

Nimble Contact does not permit Group Messages or Sales Forecasts & Reports. To have these important features you must upgrade to Nimble Business.

Fastest way to manage your contacts

Easy to start using and great integration with O365 and G Suite makes this CRM great for small and large teams alike. Use it standalone or to complement heavyweight CRM systems.

Pros

Nimble not only has a great web-based app, but also easy and powerful mobile apps.

Cons

The business card scanner on the mobile app is not very reliable in it's text conversion.

Very powerful CRM with plenty of tool

My experience was great! I switch to Nimble for several months and got used to it's many features like social profiling, calendar and deals monitor.

Pros

This is a great suite of CRM tools with plenty of great features. It has amazing features like "stay in touch" to cultivate better relationships with clients and even family.

Cons

For me I think that there is an area where others suites take advantage because they get into more tools of marketing automation: like personalized forms, landing pages and email automation all integrated.

Nimble does a good job at arranging your connects if you are into sales. Great contacts organizer.

Pros

It has a quick setup and easy integration with Google suite and Office 365. Does a great job of connecting you with your customers for sales and keeping tabs on contacts.

Cons

Keeping in touch with your contacts if you have a large database can become a huge task. Please improve forecasting functionality. Plus the mobile app also needs some sets of functions added.

Great resource for teams small and large

Previously, there was inconsistent tracking of who was contacted when and by whom. Nimble makes us look more professional because everyone is on the same page.

Pros

Easy synchronized contact management for sales teams in Office 365 environments. My understanding is that G Suite is supported as well. Its ability to engage with clients via social media is second to none.

Cons

It has an interesting API, but that feature is locked to the Business level of service, not the Contact level.

Nimble is a great CRM for leveraging social media connections

Nimble integrates with my G suit mail. I like that because as a solopreneur, I don't want one more separate system to have to deal with.

Pros

Nimble works from my G suite Google email account, and also connects with my social media connections (you can click on the social media profiles for a contact, which often provides helpful information). I use it to track leads for potential advertisers for my news websites.

Cons

It works from within Google G suite and Microsoft. It does not work within mac mail or other mail systems though. Other than that I can't really find anything I don't like about it. That is not a criticism, just a heads up.

Pros

this is smart-ware, it's designed to be intuitive and to anticipate what you need to do to communicate with prospects. Integration into Google Suite and mobile features are essential for keeping a CRM front and center in my day.

Cons

A couple things I'd like to see would be batch scanning business cards on the mobile app, an AI feature for filtering dead or unused emails and an integration with personality profile building tools

A great tool to accompany your Office 365 and group. A useful addition to improving effectivity and productivity.

Pros

A great addition to office 365 or G-suite. Helps in keeping track of all your emails, contacts, schedules, calendars at one place. Improves the efficient access to all of this thus saving a lot of time and helps in productivity.

Cons

As such didn't find much to complain about this software. Overall happy with the performance.

Affordable and easy to use CRM software!

Compared to other CRMs, Nimble is a great and affordable program. The user interface is intuitive and allows for customization. Contacts are easy to import, track, and manage and it syncs with most social media sites and a variety of third party app.

Pros

Nimble makes it very easy to import your contacts, track activities, view potential leads, and manage existing clients. You can use it to collect client data from most social media platforms, such as Twitter and LinkedIn. It’s integrated with the G Suite and Office 365.

Cons

The mobile app isn’t as easy to use, as the interface on both phones and tablets isn’t as responsive. It doesn’t allow for any marketing automation, so you can’t create email marketing campaigns.

Making customer relationship management a breeze and exciting experience

Customer relationship management is made easy; this is probably one area not taken so seriously by marketers but once used you will notice how much you have been missing. Nimble has been straightforward from roll-out through to implementation. Product support is satisfying and encouraging

Pros

For the greater part I am impressed by the dashboard presentation of Nimble; it gives all the needed information at a sign glance, you can keep track of new connections and keep them in the loop. It is well integrated into other productivity applications like G-Suite, LinkedIn and Office 365 among others

Cons

Email limitations may be annoying but then that makes it a business as options are available if you would subscribe to premium priced packages
