Ticket handling is great, and the way everything links together is amazing. The ability to search across the whole platform (documentation, tickets, users) all at once, is fantastic.
It's a very easy to use with very good features that really help make the job much easier. I really learned a lot thanks to it, becaus zendesk helps me know my applicacion even better.
The experience with Zendesk is very good, it has helped me to better organize the incidents, give them priority and also be able to obtain very good statistics to analyze the work of the team.
Pros
The interface is really clear and easy to use, even for the non-dev teammates. You won't be needing much support, but when you do it'll be both very responsive and very effective.
Rollbar is an absolutely fantastic service and highly-responsive support if you ever hit an issue, all at a very reasonable price point. I can't recommend it highly enough.
Rollbar is the only error-catching and analyzing platform you'll need. It's full of awesome feature functionality and analytics to ensure you can track down the bugs in your software.
Cons
I dislike that unless you are communicating within the actual Zendesk software with your admin/technical support team, it comes through as a confusing email thread that is hard to follow.
Its routing function is slow, and it is not automatable. Another problem is (ironically) your tool for managing and tracking problems, it's slow.
I haven't found any problem with this app at the moment. I think it fits our needs at the moment, I will update my review if I ever find a problem.
Cons
It’s a bad choice for AWS lambda, just painful. The client has an inscrutable api and the typescript definitions are wrong or missing.
My biggest complaint is when looking at stack traces for errors, the line numbers don't line up with line numbers in your files.
Similar errors are sometimes lumped together making it hard to use. Jira integration causes the same ticket to be reopened if issue happens again, often times i would prefer a new ticket.

Pros
It can manage each error like an incident in Pagerduty or a ticket in Zendesk. Intelligent clustering and grouping of error occurrences by 10^n. Lots of flexibility in alerting rules. Rollbar is enterprise-ready and has on-premise deployments.
Cons
The pricing Rollbar has offered via its plans. It is on the higher side when compared with other Crash Reporting tools To many script updates (in a short time), the update should be easier (ex. having a central repository in Rollbar for each major version)
