Pros

I am moving from another reseller platform and I already am impressed with AI. Customer support is amazing.
Good customer service from AppInstitute. The App Builder platform was easy to use with a great range of different features.
I think App Institute should be proud of this product and the team and service they have to provide and support clients like myself.

Pros

I was responsible to always compare the code before applying on production and BuddyWorks allows me to save time every day. Your interface is beautiful and easy to use.
I love working in my terminal, but when the UX/UI of a product is as good as this, I love working in a GUI too. The UI is completely intuitive and very fun to use.
Seamless, beautiful and rock solid. Definitely my choice when deploying Github repositories.

Cons

This can cause major headaches and anger after you realize you have the app under the wrong email address, purchased a plan etc.
They made huge mistakes launching apps in the App Store, over charged, and then when I cancelled my account they suddenly charged my cc.
It was overall terrible using AppInstitute. This company purchased a company that I previously used to build an app for our company.

Cons

It also fixed problems we had because in our previous deploy process we were unaware when a deploy failed and unable to recognize which servers were and weren't up to date.
It looses some configurability with the web interface.
Might miss some integrations, or some integrations that weren't really up to speed with the average.
